Payment of Fees

When you are paying your fees, please use YOUR CHILD’S NAME, the DAY THEY ATTEND and their GROUP as a reference (note: day and group attendance can be summarized in letter format Monday/Tuesday Whales = MTW). We have received payments without references and with parent names or no reference at all. To make it a smooth process for our administration and to ensure the fees are allocated to the right family, please follow the above process.

News Days

If your child’s locker number is 1-6 or 14-19 Thursday is your child’s new day

If your child’s locker is 7-13 or 20-26 Friday is your child’s news day

It can be an empowering time for your child to share their interests and experiences while supporting communication skills and their ability to transfer knowledge.

Remember news suggestions include, photos, craft, found items etc… No TOYS!

(Please do not choose something for your child, do this with them, encourage them to engage in this in a positive way. Often we get news items and the children will say “i don’t know mum told me to bring it”)
